Out of Network Options
Not in-network? You may still be able to use your benefits.
Many plans include out-of-network mental health coverage. If you’re out of network, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement amounts vary based on your plan’s deductible and out-of-network benefits.
You can often use HSA/FSA funds for therapy (we can provide receipts).
How it works
1) Pay at the time of your session
2) Receive a superbill (after each session or monthly—your choice)
3) Submit it to your insurance for potential reimbursement
Note: We’re out of network, so you submit the superbill (we don’t bill your insurance directly).

A superbill is an itemized receipt for therapy that you can submit to your insurance company to try to get reimbursed when your therapist is out of network.
It usually includes:
your name + date(s) of service
the provider’s name/NPI + practice info
diagnosis code (if required) and session/billing code (CPT)
the amount you paid
How it works: you pay for your session → we give you the superbill (after each visit or monthly) → you submit it to insurance → insurance may send you a reimbursement check (amount depends on your plan).

Do I have out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits?
What is my out-of-network deductible, and how much has been met?
What is my reimbursement rate (e.g., % of allowed amount)?
Is pre-authorization required?
What’s the allowed amount for a 45–60 minute therapy session (CPT 90834 / 90837)?
Where do I submit claims (portal/address), and what’s the typical timeline?
