Brianna Cotter, LMFT

Founder | Psychotherapist

Best for: Anxiety, depression, trauma/abuse, grief & loss, self-esteem, self-harm, parenting/family stress, relationship concerns, substance-use concerns, and compassion fatigue.

Approach: Collaborative and personalized—blending CBT-informed tools with trauma-informed care to help you build steadier coping skills and meaningful change.

Highlights: Extensive experience supporting children, families, and adults. LGBTQ+ affirming.

Training/Education: University of Wisconsin–Madison (rehabilitation psychology; human development & family studies) • M.S., Marriage & Family Therapy, Edgewood College.

Brianna creates a supportive, practical space where you can feel understood while also gaining tools you can use between sessions. Outside the office, she enjoys time with her husband, sons, and rescue dog Wesley—plus pastries, gardening, and exploring Wisconsin.

Bridget Beach, LMFT

Best for: Anxiety, PTSD, life transitions, women’s issues, adolescent stress (16+), couples conflict, and times when things feel overwhelming or stuck.

Approach: Integrative and goal-oriented—drawing from CBT, DBT, EMDR-informed work, and mindfulness-based strategies based on your needs.

Works with: Individuals 16+ and couples.

Experience/Training: 5+ years in the mental health field, including couples/family systems, adolescent issues, and crisis intervention.

Education: M.S., Marriage & Family Therapy, Edgewood College • Undergraduate degree, UW–Stevens Point.

Bridget brings a steady, grounded presence to sessions and focuses on building trust and openness so you feel seen, heard, and supported as you move forward. Outside of work, she values time with her husband, family, friends, and two dogs—and loves being outdoors, reading, traveling, and mountain biking.
