Cancellations. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us during business hours and at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid paying a cancellation fee for the session. For Monday appointments, you must cancel by 12:00 p.m. on the previous Friday so we can offer that time to another client. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may be charged a late cancellation fee of $80.
No-Shows. If you fail to cancel and do not show up for your appointment, we will charge a no-show fee equal to the full cost of the session, as outlined in our fee schedule. If you cancel without providing proper notice, you must pay all late cancellation charges before resuming treatment. If you miss more than three appointments, you may lose your designated appointment time.
